god, she is beyond brainwashed, it's so sad. every time when i see how she describes her awful and traumatic childhood as bright and happy, and how lucky she is, i am terrified of how brainwashed she is. she genuinely thinks that her abusive and controlling mother was right, that she gave her a beautiful life. but in reality, her mother is a freak, who made her little daughter a project and made her work as hard as adults do. i wonder if there is still a chance for jojo to understand her trauma and how not to pass this trauma to next generation of girls
